Dear members
Please could we keep our site a pleasant and happy place of goodwill and common courtesy. This can be easily done by expressing good manners and communication.
If you are kindly offered an item by another member and agree to collect it please do so in the time frame agreed and if for some reason you cannot adhere to it let them know as soon as possible so as not to waste their time which is precious and avoid any ill feelings from them.
Likewise if you offer an item to another member please give them a reasonable time to collect/respond as most of us have busy lives and should not have to feel like we have to drop everything in order to collect.
