I'm looking for space to keep a hand cycle.  I'm disabled, one leg, and I was awarded a grant for a hand cycle. I require some place to keep it in proximity to Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Ideally, I'd have relatively free daytime access, I wouldn't be using it at night. But I'd like to be able to access it around 8:30am on Sunday's. I'm not actually looking for free, I could pay $50/month fee if that sounds reasonable.
