I'm looking to help an elderly lady with her fence. She lives in my mother's neighborhood. It's been down since Beryl. My mom says the lady doesn't have any help. My husband is able to put it up but we don't have a whole lot of money at this time. If you can help us or point us in the right direction for free or highly discounted pickets that would be awesome.
