Looking for a rolling plastic file cabinet that can handle traditional file folders. Ideally would have 2 stacked drawers able to hold letter-size hanging files, but even one with 1 file-folder-sized drawer and without the side runners for hanging would be better than nothing. My current one gives *outer* measurement as 15 3/8" x 18 1/2" x 25 3/4".
