heavy, masonit/formica on particle board two sided rack.  We displayed books on it for years.  5 1/2 - 6 feet tall, four foot long, approx 22-24inches wide.  shelves are only 4 inches wide.  will display books spine out, side by side, or face out.  A great shelf for dvd's.  I have moved it by myself with a hand truck/dolly.  but it woudl be good to bring your dolly and a second person to balance it.
