Good quantity of top soil and subsoil, as well as turf. The turf has been cut about a month ago but is still ok for patching or to use as the base for a raised bed (laybot upside down and it will add nutrients to the soil). Top/subsoil mix is nutrient rich clay subsoil and topsoil, with some medium to large stones. Good for creating the base for a raised bed or for filling in holes!
