Evolur catalina crib day bed. Have the components to set this up as a day bed (see pix).  If you want to make it a crib or toddler day bed you should be able to get the parts from the manufacture.  My pieces were lost in transist and I only have the parts to make it as a day bed.  Includes spring and mattress.
