Looking for scrap wood   to use for some projects  I want to do for helping an animal rescue charity.      I want to make some cat tree and climbing type cat fur iture that will be designed specifically to be safer for  cats what have  mobility challenges to use ... . but if need to get wood to use that is a range of sizes for various pieces since I don't have a saw. ....(I've got a drill to be able to put stuff together  but no saw, plus I love the idea of making something   from the scraps that other people has left over from their own  building or repair projects) I am especially looking for short pieces left over from boards,(like anything boards that are at least 3 inches wide and under 5 feet long I could use  as is for either platforms or a long angled climbing or scratching panels)    I also could make use of any 1x1 or 2x2 or 4x4 type pieces of wood as  support columns.  I also will need to   find some smaller  plywood pieces for a sturdy bases and  for the walls of any cat cubbies I might build onto the cat trees...  I  especially would like to find a bunch of various lengths of 4x4 pieces of wood and lots of  pieces of boards or plywood that are about six or eight inches wide by about 8 to 12  inches long  to build a bunch of sets of cat stairs for elderly or disabled cats to  be able to use to get up and down from beds and couches.. while the expencive ones in stores are nice  often they  are one wide size for any size dog or cat to use a a so take up more space than is needed for a cat or small dog... And I think is potential adopters of cats that needed them were to just also receive a set that doesn't take up a lot of space and was free they might be more likely to consider  actually having something like pet steps taking up a small bit of space by their couch or bed.
