Full queen set includes mattress, box spring and metal frame. I bought this new about 4 years ago for a weekend property that I rarely used. 

It had a dust mite cover right away so no bare skin has ever contacted the mattress. There were no pets or smoking in the house.

You will need a helper with you when you pick up. Russell is about 35 minutes from downtown Ottawa and very easy to get to.
