I’d really appreciate any help anyone can offer. My sister has recently moved to sampford peveryl in a very quick safety move. She has got nothing as it was so quick. She’s very much trying to keep herself to herself and doesn’t like asking for help but she has been housed in a home with no carpet or even underlay. The council have housed her and her young children in a home covered in underlay grippers with nails poking out all over the house and the they are cutting their feet on them every day. The only help the council have offered is a small grant of 600 to out towards carpet. We know this won’t get her very far but if there is anyone out there who can help with under lay even just till she can afford carpet to go on top we would be so grateful?
