Printer is working well - prints perfectly in black, but the colour printing is squidgy. So if all you are looking is printing in black then this works fine, but not if you need quality colour printing. It's been all through the HP testing routines and the end conclusion is that it needs the print head replaced. If you're good at DIY on printers then you may be able to replace the print head yourself, but HP recommend a professional HP technician. On the plus side you'll get an almost full set of cartridges!!
