Can anyone use this well loved tv stand?  It's solid wood, but could definitely use a good sand and stain or paint. I've seen crafty people turn these into really cool wine and liquor bars.  

Glass is in great condition, only taped for moving it, and adjustable shelves behind glass are on the bottom for transport. Comes from a cat friendly, non smoking home. Dimensions are 53" L × 43 H.
