Hardly used. Halfords Bike Hut Turbo Trainer. bought during lockdown to mount a road bike on and cycle at home. The rear wheel  sits raised on a turbo wheel which spins as you pedal,and the front wheel is stationary in a support.  It has 5 speed/resistance settings  and the  bikes gearing can be changed as usual to provide a range of pedalling effort. Have it instead of an exercise bike, or do training at home when the weather is bad or time is short to go out.  It folds up for storage. instructions provided.
