Indoor cycle works great.  Monitor that tells you rpm and time.  10 resistance levels.  Porch pickup.  This is HEAVY (100+ lbs) and awkward to pick up and load.  You'll need a flat bed or SUV and 2 people to move it.  Porch/Driveway pickup.
