Emptying a Townhouse - Rocking chair on the main floor. The removable cushions are destroyed, and will definitely need to be replaced. One of the three springs at the bottom is broken and will need to be replaced. The wood i in fine shape. I can help with moving.

I am responsible for emptying a two bedroom townhouse. The townhouse has the following large furniture items in it. Most if not all seem to be in usable condition. Please see my other posts starting with "Emptying a towhouse" in the title.

Bedroom 1 - 1 king size bed with mattress - 2 matching nightstands - 1 Chest of drawers with mirror - 1 Chest of drawers with upper part for a TV, which can be repurposed to hang clothes

Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds with mattresses - 1 nightstand

Loft - 1 L shaped desk

Dining room - 1 dining table with 6 chairs - 3 dining chairs of a different set with no table - 1 curio - 3 bar-stool type of chairs

Living room - 2 sofas - these are probably too dusty/old to be useful - 2 side tables - not matching - Rocking chair - 1 entertainment center - 1 bookshelf (6 feet tall) - 1 CD tower - 1 Pioneer CD changer, 1 Sony amplifier, 4 speakers

Other - 4 folding chairs - 2 gas grills - 3 Igloo coolers - Trash bag full of stuffed toys - Lego set
