Purchased 12/31/24, 8 in 1 ninja Air Fryer that folds up to reduce counter space. Love it! Fan started to make a lot of noise last night. Support is sending me a new one and required that I cut the electrical cord while on a live video with them. Very sad that I couldn't hand it to someone who might be able to repair it without cutting the cord.. free to whoever is interested in it
