A Pelican-style case.  It has had some holes drilled into the side.  Most are covered over, a simple mod can improve them.

About the size of a small suitcase (these make great, super tough suitcases!). Standing it up like a suitcase the outer dimensions are 19.5" tall, 24" wide, and 9" deep.
