*****PLEASE NOTE: The "brown-ish" discoloration in the 1st photo is NOT DIRT / STAINS, it is FABRIC WEAR. Explanation below.*****

I have a La-Z-Boy ROCKER-RECLINER chair, in overall good condition, that needs a new home as soon as possible.

The fabric is woven, "tweed-like," in shades of blue and brown; there is fabric wear on the seat, extended seat, footrest, both arms, and the lower backrest (shows up as brown/tan in my photos). The fabric wear does NOT go "all the way through," it is more like SURFACE WEAR. Only two (2) small holes in the fabric that I could see: one (1) near the end of the R armrest, and one (1) on the R side of the extended seat (NO stuffing coming through either hole). There are some "pills" and "rough spots" on the extended seat and footrest (these are common with this type of fabric). The fabric on the OUTSIDE surfaces of the chair is in very good condition. The chair can be used as-is, or use a sheet/cover on it (or use the cover I am offering*). 

*For anyone who wants this chair, I have a black polyester, lightly-quilted fabric recliner cover that has been laundered but never used. This cover is machine washable and dryable. It "fits" over the armrests; covers the arms, back, and seat area; and has a black adjustable piece of elastic to secure the cover to the chair. NOT OFFERING THIS COVER SEPARATELY.*

This is a MANUALLY-operated recliner (long lever on R side of chair). The lever and chair mechanism both work well, and all the springs underneath the chair are intact. The finished wood surfaces are in good condition.

This chair is in a DOG-FRIENDLY HOME (although our dog has NEVER actually sat on this chair). I have thoroughly vacuumed every surface to the best of my ability. As a extra cleaning measure, I have sprayed ALL FABRIC SURFACES of the chair with BioKleen Bac-Out Fabric Refresher (a safe, enzyme-based cleaner). The fabric is as close to sanitized as I can make it.

The mechanism, springs, and underside of the chair have been blown-air-cleaned (leaf blower!). The finished wood surfaces have been cleaned with Therapy Clean Wood & Cabinet Cleaner (safe and plant-based).

This is a nicer-quality chair that still has a lot of use left in it. I need this chair gone ASAP! If you are interested, please message me through FreeCycle to make arrangements to COME AND GET IT. Whoever takes this chair will need at least TWO (2) PEOPLE to move it (down a set of outside front steps to street level) and a LARGE VEHICLE (TRUCK OR SUV) to transport it.
