Maybe you'd love to rewind to the good old days and revisit those classic TV shows and movies you half-remember from your childhood--nostalgia on a magnetic ribbon.  Or hey, live dangerously and record over them like they're fresh blanks.  Worst case?  Your kids will think it's a weird black brick and you'll finally get to explain what a VHS tape actually was, and prove to them there was once a world before the Internet. (Hard to believe, I know.)

In case you are interested, the tapes contain some of the following:  Star Trek (original and The Next Generation), Deep Space 9, Hill Street Blues, Seinfeld, Friends, Mission Impossible (the real thing not the mistaken attempts at a movie), I Love Lucy, various movies, a Paul McCartney tribute, a Linda Ronstadt concert and other TV shows sprinkled in.
