Flashlight in the shape of the green engine Percy, from the Thomas and Friends (aka Thomas the Tank engine) series. Requires batteries. When the switch is pressed, the flashlight makes a peep-peep sound and percy's face lights up. It only stays on for 5 seconds, so not good for a blackout, but good for a kid who just wants to shine a light on something briefly at night.
