Here FOR FREE we have a one of a kind hand crafted luxurious "CATHROOM" (patent pending)..!! What once began life as a lesser quality or "budget-friendly" Microwave Stand offered by (won't name the brand here but it rhymes with "I Key A"), blossomed into one of the most fabulous solutions to a smelly litter box I've ever managed to produce! 

Specifications: 

•Apx 4ft overall height

•10"x10" side entry sits Apx 15" above ground for easy entry into the expansive "Catrine" (patent pending) area, with internal dimensions of 19"D x 24"W x 23"H (that's 6.07ft³..!). This space comfortably fit an 18"D x 24"W x 8"H litter box while still allowing the cabinets to fully open for easy entry and clean out! However if you have 2 fat lazy Bengals like we had you'll likely need to offer them a "Fat Cat Accessible Ramp" (patent pending; not included) as we did (see pics). 

•The recently repaired and reinforced drawer is fully functional measuring 5"H x 23"W x 19"D, and is capable of safely supporting Apx. 0.003Lbs before the bottom flexes and empties its contents into the litter box below (hey man; “I Key A”). However that said the aforementioned recent upgrades should increase load bearing capacity by at least 4x its rating, tho still untested at the time of this listing. The floor of the Catrine (patent pending) area did easily support the weight of a full litter box plus the 21lb behemoth feline it was built for.  •IMPERVIOUS TO MOISTURE!! As we all surely know by now, when you want a quality piece of furniture that is not made out of particle board and succeptible to absorbing even the slightest bit of moisture like a sponge,  “I Key A” is NOT where you shop. This being the case, and through nothing short of reengineering of the finest caliber, all succeptible walls, joints, screw holes, hinges, cracks, crevices, magnetic door catches, and all other potential areas of concern regarding moisture ingress (let's just say it; cat pee), have been lined in removable water tight vinyl lining, caulked using siliconized acrylic caulking, and are sealed up tighter than a crabs backside (which we must all assume needs to be water-tight). 

•UPON REQUEST:  The drawer can be converted into a state of the art, activated charcoal odor filtration system, even further reducing the unwanted ambient odors often associated with lesser quality litter boxes (this does however functionally eliminate the drawer from being used for any purposeful storage). 

•The cubby intended to house a microwave measures at 10”D x23.5”W x 13”H. Should you still intend to use it for one as you can see in the picture it will fit and support a rather large and heavy device. Area is also a great place to store your pets food, litter, treats, etc., as well as the shelf above. 

•The storage shelf above the microwave cubby measures 15”D x 23.5”W and is capable of supporting substantially more weight than the drawer. 

•Built in Caster wheels make relocating and positioning breeze! 

•Includes like-new litter mat! Really never been used)

Unfortunately the entry plank is not included as it belongs to other furniture and I do need to hang onto it. But you’re creative, I’m sure you’ll come up with something! 

Overall, I’m really NOT just trying to dump off a piece of junk on someone here. I could just as easily break it down and scrap it if that were the case. No, it’s not fancy furniture and certainly isn’t the storage solution you had in mind for your kitchen, however it is definitely an extremely purposeful Cathroom that worked exceptionally well for our two very large Bengal cats. 

The entire thing has been disinfected several times using Lysol Multi-surface Disinfectant and has absolutely no odor whatsoever. 

It comes along with most of a roll of the aforementioned vinyl lining used to waterproof the inside as well as about half a tube of the caulk used, in case any repairs are needed in the future or caused during shipping. 

Upon receipt, I’m happy to provide further instructions as to how to properly seal up the cabinet doors and cat-entry in order to prevent litter and other unwanted cat mess/smells from escaping.

I’m going to let this run on Freecycle for a couple weeks. If nobody wants it I’ll probably either re-repurpose it into garage storage or break it down and send it off to that big Cathroom in the sky…
