Hey everyone! I'm currently putting together two new bioactive enclosures for my newest reptiles, and I'm looking to see if anyone has any free plants, clippings, cuttings, or unwanted plants they'd be willing to donate!
I'm happy to take plants that are a little beat up, overgrown, neglected, or just taking up space. As long as they're showing some signs of life, I'm willing to try bringing them back!
I'm looking for plants suitable for either tropical/forest environments or desert/arid environments.
? Tropical/Forest Plants:
• Pothos
• Spider Plants
• Ferns
• Nerve Plants
• Creeping Fig
• Peperomia
• Prayer Plants
• Bromeliads
? Desert/Arid Plants:
• Elephant Bush
• Haworthia
• Gasteria
• Echeveria
• Ghost Plants
• Sedum
• Ponytail Palms
• Drought-tolerant grasses
These are just examples! I'm not looking for these exact plants specifically. Anything similar or suitable for a bioactive reptile enclosure would be greatly appreciated!
If you've got extra cuttings, plants you're getting rid of, or something you've forgotten to water for a while, I'd love to give it a new home!
Thanks in advance!
