Stone countertop (not sure exactly what type of stone) for a bathroom vanity. The stone is in fair condition, but the sink needs some TLC. Measures 49 in x 22 in.

Full disclosure: there had been a mold issue behind the vanity and the stone countertop was all that was salvageable. I've cleaned it up, but I know some folk are very sensitive to mold and want to be up front about its history.

It's heavy and I live on at the top of a 3rd floor walk-up. I can help carry it down to your car if needed.
