One Roman blind made of high quality, heavyweight cloth that works like a blackout blind.  All mounting screws are intact and included.  The width is 34 1/2".  I removed this blind just this afternoon, to replace it with a different colored blind as part of a bathroom remodel.  All parts are in excellent condition.
