Hi,
This beautiful piano has been lovingly cared for in a smoke-free home with no animals for 23 years. When it was first released in 2000, it was one of Roland’s premier digital pianos. It has over 600 voices and a wide range of technological features that were groundbreaking at the time.
The KR-1077 has two exceptional characteristics that I fell in love with: the action and the sound. Roland's original brochure states that the KR-1077 has a PA-5R Progressive Hammer-Action keyboard with escapement, engineered to reproduce the touch and dynamic response of an acoustic grand piano, including heavier action in the bass and lighter action in the treble.
The KR-1077 has an impressive 12-speaker sound system, with three different speaker sizes. The piano has four 60-watt amplifier channels, providing a total rated output of 240 watts. Roland specifically advertised the piano’s stereo sound system as having a resonating soundboard, designed to approximate some of the acoustic characteristics of a traditional grand piano. It includes a 3D surround-sound effect.
I'm also including the Jansen Duet Adjustable Artist Bench shown in the photo ($1,100 new today) and one pair of OneOdio Wired DJ Hi-Res Over-Ear Headphones with cables ($32 new today).
The piano is in excellent condition with one minor exception. A couple of the keys are occasionally a bit sticky, meaning that they may not be responsive to a very light touch. Several years ago, I had a certified Roland technician examine the piano. He said that all that was needed was for the keys to be removed and the contacts to be cleaned. Shortly thereafter, he closed his shop and moved to a different state. I never followed up and had the service done.
I am offering to pay for the cost of moving the piano in exchange for the recipient being responsible for the service.
This is all explained in much more detail in a PDF I created, but I couldn't see any way to attach the PDF to this post. I have also created a Dropbox folder containing the PDF, copies of the owner's manuals, and several more photographs of the piano. This is the Dropbox link:

I love this piano. I have spent hundreds of hours playing the piano. It is a digital piano, so I could practice any time of the day or night without disturbing anyone else in the house by simply plugging in a headset. And it never needs tuning. But my fingers are not as agile as they used to be and my hearing is not as good as it used to be, so playing the piano is less enjoyable than it used to be. I really hope we can find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.
The piano is available immediately. Preference given to recipients who can accept delivery as soon as possible.
Thank you for your consideration.
