Telescoping dog ramp for vehicle.  The exact type can be seen if you search Amazon for "PetSafe Happy Ride Extra Long Telescoping Dog Ramp, Portable Pet Ramp for Cars, Trucks & SUVs with Adjustable Sizing" -- and ours is the X-Large size.  (Freecycle won't let me post the link itself.)

Very solid, worked really well for our 70 lb elderly dog in the last months of his life.  Easy for one person to operate.

It does have scratches on it -- see photos.  (Our dog had poor balance and no confidence, so he scratched it up until we learned to put towels down for him. ;) Most dogs would have no trouble and plenty of traction on the ramp itself.)
