Large sectional sofa still in good, usable condition. Approx. 10ft x 7ft. Structurally solid and very comfortable, but it is an older piece. It has some normal fabric fraying and one tear on the arm. It is just too large for our next living space!

Pickup Requirements: You must handle all lifting, loading, and transportation. Please bring a large enough vehicle (truck/trailer) and at least 2–3 people to help you move it, as I cannot assist with lifting.

Please let me know when you can come pick it up. First person who can commit to a definitive pickup time gets it!
