My cheap Android Cell developed "GHOST TOUCH". (Google it).   I am 88yo Senior getting Free Government Cell Service but the Gov't only gives me ONE FREE PHONE PER LIFETIME and the Carrier wants me to buy another phone.   I don't want to switch Carriers and am told that my next phone MUST BE an UNLOCKED, NETWORK COMPATIBLE Phone.  PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO DELETE ALL TELEPHONE / MESSAGE CONTACTS.   I can pick up after 2pm or at your conveniece.
