Vintage Bonetto cuff wristwatch

Vintage costume jewelry watch. Decades old and I don’t think it was ever worn and not sure if the watch even works. Some of the little stones on the side have fallen out and one remains in place but is loose. I have all of the stones that fell out so you can glue them back in. And if the watch itself won’t work with a new battery, maybe something can be glued over the watch face. Hoping someone can upcycle this.
