Hi, this is a wooden wheelchair that works, but I took it apart to just use the bottom as a stool. I can't remember how to get it back together, and when I tried to swivel the chair part on its own, it didn't swivel all that well, so it might need some WD-40, but all the nuts and washers are there. It's on my front porch. Feel free to come and take it whenever you like. I'll take this add down once it's taken.
