Used suitcase, "good" condition - fully functional, with a few light stains, and I put duct tape along the bottom wheel side to protect when it's pulled (see the light blue strip in the pictures). It's the two-wheel type, so you grab the handle and pull - ie, it's not the four-wheel rolling kind. When it's on its back to open on a suitcase rack, etc, it's ~24"w x 18"d x 12"t, which makes it on the larger side (too large for carry-on). We're getting rid of it because we have two this size, and have found we only need one.
