I am retired and enjoy working on small engines. I am looking for gas powered, lawn mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers/vacumm, chippers, tillers and just about anything lawn & garden. If it's not working that's fine. I fix then and either give them away family neighbors and HERE, for cost of parts. I do have a couple neighbors looking for riding mowers.  Try starting your snow blower now. If it's not running, and you're not fixing it. Please reply to this post. If you have one that's not too far  let me know please.
