Hi neighbors, I am looking for a deactivated, old smartphone or small tablet for a local 16-year-old. It doesn't need a cellular plan; it just needs to be able to connect to Wi-Fi so they can safely coordinate school group projects and stay on top of assignments.

A cracked screen or an older model is completely fine as long as it turns on!
