We are in a Need of a Floor Mat Alarm or Mattress Alarm for my father. He's in the late stages of Lewy Body Dementia. He cannot remember that he cannot walk so he try's to get up out of bed usually in the middle of the night. 

I'm also looking for a baby monitor with a screen so I can watch him throughout the night. He has night terrors and I'd like to know if we have to get up and help him (if he is awake) or if we can just wait out the yelling and screaming while he's sleeping...
