I do volunteer cleanups including mowing, brush cleanup, tree trimming and occassionally small tree removal.
I can use these yard tools.
Bow saw, or replacent blades Loppers Leaf rake Pruning shears Dustpan on a pole
I have all of the above tools but I do a lot of cleanups so they break and I need replacements on hand.
I was gifted a backpack leaf blower this year but I still need rakes for ralomg small sticks, black walnuts, matted down leaves, inside hedges and forming tidy piles of leaves at the curb for township pickup.
If you have replaced your 2 stroke weedwacker, hedge clipper or leaf blower with an electric model, I can use leftover 2 stroke oil.
If you replaced your gas mower with electric and have a gallon or so of fresh gas from this year left over, I can use that. I go through about ten gallons of gas each year helping others.
I have an electric 40 volt Ryobi weed wacker which I use for the cleanups. I can use the following:
Trimmer line 40V batteries (working, weak or dead) Any attachments that you no longer use, especially a brush cutter.
Also, if you own a broken 40 volt Ryobi weed wacker and want to get rid of it, I may be able to use it for parts.
I can use a small gas powered chain saw, around 16-18", any brand. It's ok if it hasn't run in a while, I can probably get it running. I have been using a 30" bow saw to cut down trees up to 8" in diameter but that is a lot of work and time consuming.
If you have any of the above items to donate, please contact me and I will pick them up or meet you at the Walmart in Exeter Township.
Thank you.
