Quick Set Junior Tripod Model S13. Made in USA. A bit of a dinosaur, but will probably last another 60 years. You have to fuss with the adjustments at first, but once you get the hang of it, it does the job. Can usually arrange pick-up in Old Deerfield on a few weekdays if you can be flexible.
