The quilted foam pad kind. Mostly all one huge piece, but easily cut to size you need. I'd guess there's around 50-60 square feet. Can be used for its original purpose, under smaller area rugs, or for insulation in outside pet houses, that sort of thing. Great for keeping scatter rugs from slipping.  Good for wrapping appliances and furniture when moving.  Pickup is off South Meridian, just south of downtown.
