Loveseat Futon
Blue striped loveseat with pullout matress. Well loved so not the most firm anymore, but okay shape (pet free/smoke free home). Around 70in long.
Move from apartment (2nd floor with elevator). Two people to move likely required, I can try to disassemble the futon part to make it easier if desired.
