The dining room table is sturdy.  There is a little buckling in the center due to some water damage. The chairs are in very good condition as are the leaves.  There are also felt covers for the table when it is closed.  I am also including an elasticized table protector.  The table is solid and heavy and will require 2 people to load and transport it.  (Only 2 chairs are shown due to the maximum allowed.  Happy to text a photo of the other two if requested.
