Here we go... 

After having a new Android for just over a year, my friend's phone totally shut down and won't start up. She's been looking for employment and now has no way for them to contact her. This woman has been going to the library to use the computers there, making posts for a used smartphone on a bunch of forums with no luck; just some rude responses.

Will you help me in assisting her with getting an unlocked cellphone if you have a spare that you won't need? You don't actually realize how important something is until you don't have it any longer.
