Three (3) 18" x 24" Walmart poster frames. You know the drill: cardbord backing with a hook for hanging; clear pastic cover, and four (4) black "frame" pieces. They've largely worked for me, but if you want these, you might use tape to keep the frame pieces from falling off (like they sometimes did).  I can leave them outside for someone to pick up.
