This recliner chair is fully operational as in the power functions still work but the frame no longer recliners or lifts evenly.  My son used this chair while recovering from knee surgery but since then we no longer used this chair.  You must have a trunk or larger SUV with fold down seats to pick this uo.  The back will come off to make transport easier.  Local pjickup only.
