I'm a hobby computer enthusiast who's been passionately trying to keep working machines out of the landfill. I've built, fixed and refurbished over 100 computers and laptops over the last 10 years, and have recently taken an interest in refurbishing hardware that some consider "vintage," too old or low-powered to run modern Windows.

If your computer turns on, I'll refurbish it with Linux Mint so it can be donated or given to those in need of a daily driver for simple tasks like web browsing, video streaming or office work.

If your computer doesn't turn on, I will securely wipe the hard drive so no personal data can be recovered, and repurpose any working components to upgrade other rescuable machines. Any parts that are unable to be used will be responsibly recycled with local E-waste recycler EPC in Saint Charles.

If you're interested in refurbishing your own machine by installing a lightweight and modern Linux operating system, I will gladly assist you by installing it free of charge and helping you set it up for daily use.
