Watch -- "Talking"
This is a "talking watch" used for the Visually Impaired, Made by Time Optics. Originally used by my Dad. I'm certain it WORKS, BUT needs a new battery and I can't get the battery compartment open. I'm sure a Jeweler could. Also band is broken, new ones are cheap. For pickup in Palatine
