Hello, everyone. We’re reaching out because we’ve been going through a very difficult time and could use some help. My husband has been without a car since March 2023, and we’ve been trying endlessly to get one ever since. Not having reliable transportation has taken a huge toll—not only on his health, but also on his real estate business, which has suffered greatly without the ability to meet clients or travel for work. He’s been dealing with a heart aneurysm, liver scarring, high blood pressure, and other complications, and recently doctors found a spot on his lung. He’s in the middle of tests and treatments now. While his insurance does cover transportation for doctor visits and ER procedures, the service isn’t always reliable—they often cancel his rides at the last minute, leaving him without a way to get to urgent appointments. If anyone has a working vehicle they are able to donate, it would make a tremendous difference in his health, work, and overall well-being.
