I need a laptop and tablet. If anyone has any old one, Ill take it and update it. The Phoenix Library has a free school website if you have a library card you can take free classes( around 500 with free certification). (https://www.phoenixpubliclibrary.org/search?k=universal%20class).  I need these electronics to take these classes.  I want to be able to use it for my classes around the clock and to create art work.
