This is the Ceni 83" sofa by Article (https://www.article.com/product/25712/ceni-83-sofa-buckler-ivory) in a discontinued color. It's still plenty comfortable, but it needs to be reupholstered. (If I'd gotten the cat before the couch, I would have gotten a couch made out of a different fabric.) You must pick it up, though there's an elevator in the building.
