This loveseat has truly lived up to its name! It is well-loved but still has lots of love left for your home. It pulls out into a twin sized pullout bed, which has had very little use at all and is great condition, as it was an occasionally used guest bed. Very easy to pull, unlike some pull-outs. It is about 60 inches wide and about 38 inches deep. The main structure of the loveseat is in solid condition without any issues. The pillows have become soft with age.  I've included images with a brown, comfy and washable slipcover, which I will give you along with the couch. I've also included images of the couch without the slipcover so you can see the color. The front of the seat cushion has some tears after I washed it, which are also shown. You will have to carry it out of my house (ground floor), I can't assist you as I have some back issues. Smoke and pet free home!
