Vintage Scandanavian Wood Frame Futon — Opens to a platform bed 

The hardwood frame is in excellent condition and measures 79” x 34” in sofa position. It can be disassembled into several flat pieces with an allen wrench. 

The mattress is made of traditional kapok and cotton and works well as a firm, supportive sofa. The abstract pattern slip cover zips off and has been freshly laundered. 

The mattress is a standard double/full (75” x 55”)  when opened flat. 

Because the mattress is not poly fill but traditional cotton & kapok, it has developed a small but noticeable ridge down the middle from being folded into sofa position. A memory foam topper is recommended if you intend to use this as a bed.
