I work with foster kids and DCF doesn't provide us with car seats. I'd like to check in with Freecycle before I buy brand new, because my small business budget is tight. Freecycle always has great quality giveaways in my experience. Please let me know if someone has a clean infant seat & stroller combo available. We also need a double stroller by the way.
